The X-CELL is a standardized, modular machining and testing cell that is compatible with both robot-based and other handling concepts. It is designed for core processes, such as laser welding, laser marking, leak testing, or machine tool loading, and can be individually extended. Thanks to its modular design, it is easy to adjust to various part sizes or different process requirements. The X-CELL can be used as a stand-alone solution as well as in a network of other X-CELLs or integrated into existing production facilities.

Am 12.03.2024 fand erstmals der neu entwickelte Experten-Workshop „Dichtheitsprüfung in der Praxis“ statt. Die Veranstaltung baut auf unserem bereits etablierten Basis-Seminar „Dichtheitsprüfung Theorie und Praxis“ auf. Unter Anleitung von ZELTWANGER-Experten aus der Anwendungsentwicklung haben die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer praxisbezogene Aufgaben durchgeführt, beispielsweise das Einrichten von Prüfprogrammen an Dichtheitsprüfgeräten. Zudem wurden Herausforderungen der Dichtheitsprüfung im Alltag behandelt, wie etwa der Einfluss von Umgebungsfaktoren wie Temperatur auf die Prüfergebnisse.

Aufgrund hoher Nachfrage fand am 14.03. ein weiterer Workshop statt. Beide Veranstaltungen waren ausgebucht. Die positiven Rückmeldungen zeigen, dass die praxisnahe Vermittlung von Fachwissen im Bereich Dichtheitsprüfung auf großes Interesse stößt.

Die Workshops wurden in den Räumlichkeiten der ZELTWANGER Maschinenbau GmbH in Tübingen abgehalten. Die nächste Seminar- und Workshop-Reihe sind für Oktober 2024 geplant. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter www.zeltwanger.de/seminare/.
